Professor Hannah Sherbersky, Deputy Director of Cedar, recently joined BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour to discuss the growing trend of adult sons living at home.

According to the Institute for Fiscal Studies, the number of people in their late 20s living with their parents has increased by over a third in nearly 20 years. Men are more likely than women to remain at home, with 23% of men aged 25-34 living with their parents compared to 15% of women. Professor Hannah Sherbersky, Deputy Director of Cedar and family therapist, along with Lucy Cavendish, counsellor and mum of four (with two adult sons living at home) have given an interview to discuss this topic further.
