This two-day online supervision training will explore the core elements and competencies of clinical supervision across a range of settings. Clinical supervision gives people the opportunity to reflect on their work and unlike line or case management, it provides opportunities to discuss challenges and successes, explore skills and knowledge development, model and practice specific approaches, and develop personal and interpersonal skills.
